Hi everyone, we recently teamed up Flemings for a cool news segment on YNN.

Here is the menu/recipe along with some cool facts about the food. Enjoy!

-Lemon, Dill, Honey Glaze with avacado and fennel, onion, grapefruit salad

Lemon – alkaline, antibacterial, A and C

Dill – A, C, Ca, K, hiccups

Honey – great natural sweetener

Avocado – great healthy fat and B Vitamins

Grapefruit – one of the lowest sugar fruits


Herb and Mustard Crusted Lamb Chops

-Sweet potato salad (roasted sweet pots, basil, green onion, greek yogurt)

Sweet Pot – lower glycemic index vs reg pot and more vitamins

Yogurt – great probiotics for immunity


Bison Ny Strip Steak

-Quinoa, tomatoes, parlsey, lemon, roasted squash

Quinoa – Ancient grain and complete protein

Lemon – alkaline, antibacterial, A and C

Squash – low sugar, B Vit

Bison – Fat helps stabilize blood sugar,  Bison = leaner, grass fed always is richer in Omega,


Chicken Sausage Pasta

Feta & Spinach Chicken sausage, peppers, onions, zucchini, whole grain linguine pasta
